Enablement is an area where we are constantly evolving and investing. As our business and customer needs continue to grow, we’re continuously refining our programs, tools, and training to better support sellers across every segment, including SMB. For example, we recently bifurcated the enablement team so that there are dedicated enablement leaders for both SMB and Upmarket. This ensures that the content, learnings, product focus, etc. are appropriately tailored to the segment they are serving.
We’re especially excited about the ways AI is helping us modernize enablement and equip teams with smarter, more effective resources that allow them to focus on what they do best. We’re proud of the Enablement organization we’ve built and remain committed to continuously improving the experience for our teams. Feedback like yours plays an important role in that process.
