At times, communication between departments can be a challenge at the individual contributor level, which can make cross-functional collaboration feel a bit siloed. Toxic leadership and mgmt; good RSU given at joining but u will get fired before they vest; that is the strategy of this company; bad management and badly needs a professional CEO; too late may be
