Pros

I work fully remote and I feel like I'm in a hyped up office all day with all the group support on internal messages. I have been literally ENCOURAGED to take time off by my bosses on multiple occasions and to make sure I have vacations scheduled. On top of that, the OTE is extremely attainable and the ration of salary/OTE is more than possible to surpass. This company also gives a chance to a lot of people who have ZERO sales experience, and builds them up with the abilities to be great. Also, the career paths are endless here.

Cons

The stock share takes a couple years to vest but that's really not a big deal.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience as a ZoomInfo SDR. It’s great to hear that you’re feeling the ZoomInfo culture remotely! This is exactly what we set out to achieve at the beginning of the pandemic. We know it’s been a difficult 18 months, and we’ve tried to be very diligent in our communications around the importance of using our flexible PTO policy to make sure you’re not burning out. It sounds like you’re having no problem hitting your number – way to go! I’m personally very proud that we hire so many people right out of school with no sales experience. I have tons of colleagues who started here just like that and are now extremely successful sales professionals. It just goes to show that ZoomInfo is second to none when it comes to learning and development. Thanks again for leaving us feedback, and if you have any additional thoughts please feel free to reach out to me. – Brian Vital, ZoomInfo Vice President of Sales Development

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
