Compensation is below industry averages.
Projects are often rushed and don't allow for time to get them to higher quality- but I get it, it's agile methodology. Often the result is "we will fix it next release" but more often than not next release never happens unless something breaks or a customer complains about it.
Employees don't really have a say in what department/team they work in- a lot of shifting and moving without consulting the employee on their thoughts/needs.
