Pros

While there are challenges at the management level, the people working down the line are incredibly knowledgeable, humble, and excellent at what they do. I built many strong connections with them and truly enjoyed collaborating with such talented individuals. They are the real strength of the company, and working alongside them was a rewarding experience.

Cons

As you move up the management pyramid, things progressively worsen. Over the past few years, the business has seen significant changes, including the forced departure of key individuals and the introduction of new roles like Hd o Observability—roles that more than 80% of employees question the necessity of. It feels like the company is wasting funds on these unnecessary positions, filled by individuals who lack an understanding of the product and how teams operate. Then, management turns around and claims there’s no funding, resulting in layoffs. They don’t make an effort to understand the challenges employees are facing and remain disconnected, focused on an unrealistic vision of business improvement while ignoring the real issues on the ground. For anyone considering applying to this company, I would advise caution. The business is falling apart, and senior management is only making things more difficult for everyone.

Pros

Very talented and experienced group of people. Working with largest banks in the world. Solid core offering with good market awareness for a company this size, and strong capabilities in the product roadmap. New product leadership addressing some of past challenges and stitching together disparate products that were brought in via acquisitions. Global team, global clients. Generally supportive and friendly culture that values loyalty and cares about retaining talent.

Cons

Lack of strategic clarity and focus. Founders are well-liked but often seem distant from the day-to-day, and leadership does not seem to be on the same page. Wide variance in productivity/contributions across the team, with quite a few superstars but a also too many known performance issues.
