Management doesn't care about you. Expect to be lied to and see your expectations not being met. They are completly disorganized. Almost everyone wants to be a boss, but neglecting the fact that they need to be leaders. They will say that they work with cutting edge tech, hinting that you might work with that tech but in the end you will work with legacy tech in some boring project. The evaluation process is obscure and burocratic. The salary is not great, equipment is not great. They are cheap in every way you can think. If you want to be a manager, this is the company for you, otherwise stay away.
