    Pros

It is a big family. Your problems are their problems. If there is something that they can do for you, for sure, this company is going to do everything possible to help you.

    Cons

The initial way to start (in terms of salary) are not very good.

I have been working at everis full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There is a lot of variety of projects and technologies. So is not hard to found something you can like and maybe, you have the luck of having a good boss.
Full of Mediterranean people (Italian, Portuguese and Spanish people), so you are going to be in a really friendly space.

    Cons

The management used to be crap. Do not really care about people even when they look like. They do not pay really well and they even want you to do overtime. But it could be worse.
Weird to hear about agile and good practices in developments.

    Advice to Management

They need to change their minds. Rushing is not good. Look over the shoulder is not good as well, and not all people are ready to have a commute of more than 2 hours a day...

I worked at everis full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very nice people, good environment, good place to start your career, beers on friday

    Cons

    Management doesn't care about you.
Expect to be lied to and see your expectations not being met.
    They are completly disorganized.
Almost everyone wants to be a boss, but neglecting the fact that they need to be leaders.
They will say that they work with cutting edge tech, hinting that you might work with that tech but in the end you will work with legacy tech in some boring project.
The evaluation process is obscure and burocratic.
The salary is not great, equipment is not great. They are cheap in every way you can think.
If you want to be a manager, this is the company for you, otherwise stay away.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to be leaders, throw away your evaluation process and don't be cheap. You will get better people and better projects.

I worked at everis full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Friendly environment, nice colleagues

    Cons

    Stay far from this company:

    - Full of Spanish people (more than 80% in London); the main language in Spanish!
    - No space for ambitious people and career growth: They stop your career if you are not Spanish
    - Working with mainly Spanish clients: easy to end up working in a Spanish environment.
    - Poor Management: no career path, managers and directors support only a very restrict group of people. If you are part of this group .. great.. otherwise better to leave!
    - Low salaries: no flexibility no premium no job satisfaction

I have been working at everis full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Best company I have ever worked for. Best company values and a true collaborative approach to business ( at every level). Innovation and adopting latest technology approaches is an important part of what the company does.

    Cons

Not the best payers, however most people stay there for a long time as most of the time people have good work, life balance.

    Advice to Management

Keep to your values, not those of other companies in the group as this will keep your company on its incredible growth trajectory.
