Pros
Everyone who works here has been incredibly helpful and more than willing to answer any questions I have had as a new hire and new member of the team. iCIMS also has a great onboarding program to introduce new employees to the company and their department, checking in with you periodically over the first 90 days.
Cons
The Bell Works building the office is located in is meant to be driven to. It is on its own campus and is not currently near any public transportation, which may be an issue for employees who live far away.
