Nice office, one meal is provided each day. Open to new ways of doing things.

I have to communicate a lot with people who are in different time zone(s) which makes it a bit harder to get to know people remotely as opposed to in-person.

Been with the company for 2 months, very happy with the company so far. Very open door policy, which is very nice having come from Big Banking which was very different. Sat down with COO within my first 2 weeks. Everyone is very friendly, my team is great.

Very few negatives at this point: 4 days in office, limited 401k options
