I applied online. I interviewed at iCapital (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
The interviewers were very kind and professional, there were four interviews over the course of the month, three over the phone/zoom, one in person. Asked some technical questions but mostly asked questions about personality, work ethic, and how to handle problems.

Question 1
Explain when you would use IRR and when you would use TWR
30 minute recruiter phone call with a SQL challenge at the end. They barely asked any questions except whether or not I used SQL in my past job, mostly HR housekeeping stuff. I didn’t complete the SQL challenge which is probably why I didn’t get a second interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iCapital (New York, NY) in Apr 2026
Interview
Very well organized by the Talent Acquisition team. Lots of interviews but blocked together and the process was quick. Mostly virtual interviews with one in-person interview. Met with team members and other colleagues in the company
