Pros

The first interview went well and I was impressed. When I started working, my boss didn't seem to follow up much and wasn't very strict in the beginning.

Cons

There's no clear direction, no KPIs, no guidelines, no product training, no shadowing, and no management support. It's like we're expected to be experts with prior product knowledge, which is unrealistic. As a salesperson, it's very difficult to make sales if my teammates don't cooperate. There is almost no communication within the organization also.

Pros

It was a good environment with a lot of flexibility for creativity. Pay was decent.

Cons

Culture shifted heavily towards the end of my tenure due to acquisition by another company. Internal friction between marketing head and my team lead resulted in damaged client relationships due to disagreement on content strategy.
