Pros
To MPB's credit, the pay is fair. As well as that the quality of the engineering was superb. The developers took great pride in the quality of their work and this shows with some very high quality products being delivered. The culture between developers was very good.
Cons
Management seem to be more interested in patting themselves on the back than actually improving anything. In my time there were a string of meaningless promotions specifically for people in "senior leadership" where as the people who actually put in any meaningful effort were not so much overlooked but entirely disregarded. This lead to an "us-and-them" culture and no prospect of career development for people in the mid-band levels.
