ProAv is a great friendly company to work for.
Your made to feel valued and appreciated for your efforts.
Although it is very busy all the time, there is a great team vibe and you always feel like your in this together rather than alone.
The social side is great, and I have made some really great friends since joining, which is always a bonus to any job.
Cons
At times it can be extremely busy & Stressful.
