      Some extremely good staff

      They have some wonderful staff that make proav the company it is

      Cons

      They don't treat employees well. Don't pay anything on time only interested in making profit not running the company to its best! Expected to work extremely long hours with no thanks or pay

      Great Place to work

      Pros

      ProAv is a great friendly company to work for. Your made to feel valued and appreciated for your efforts. Although it is very busy all the time, there is a great team vibe and you always feel like your in this together rather than alone. The social side is great, and I have made some really great friends since joining, which is always a bonus to any job.

      Cons

      At times it can be extremely busy & Stressful.
