The enormous growth of the last 10 years have had an effect on the company. Internal structures, processes and culture have not been able to keep up. There are too many managers there, that have no idea of the topic matter they are managing. Seems like there is a lack of fresh ideas and a lot of old timers thriving on maintaining the bureaucracy (I have never been in a company with so many processes and endless useless meetings). No one seems to have ownership of anything, even at a senior level. Everyone is consulting everyone. Delivery has become a matter of seeking agreements on PowerPoint decks not actual delivery of anything.
