1. Toxic management
2. Extremely unorganized (very reactionary)
3. Nepotism (The HR department is the owners mother and he hires friends)
4. After-hours is expected
5. Terrible benefits. You only get 4 or 5 holidays off a year. It's an absolute joke.
6. "Unlimited" PTO - It's a scam so they don't have to pay you out. I took virtually no PTO but had one trip upcoming planned 6 months in advance, they fired me 3 weeks before the trip
