The gaslighting and toxicity was so intense I cannot recommend anyone, even an enemy, to put themselves through any duration of employment with this company. Death marches and unrealistic expectations with leadership actively, and with great toxic positivity, taking every action they can to make reaching goals and completing projects as difficult as possible while seeking out individual contributors to blame for any issues or delays.

The executives and upper management are more concerned with their own job safety than anything else. When an issue arises, the solution is a layoff or firing. Most of the long time staff have jumped ship over the last few years. Heavily pushed culture, but the actions are contrary. The real culture is to keep your head down and your mouth shut.
