This smaller enterprise, comprising around 50 individuals, offers exceptional access to all internal stakeholders. The company provides clear team goals for both client retention and growth, complemented by excellent remote work benefits. It boasts a strong product offering and an impressive client portfolio. Additionally, there's clear visibility on the criteria for bonus attainment and future salary increases

Cons

Following the acquisition in June 2022, there was a noticeable lack of clear direction regarding targets and organisational structure. Additionally, the new leadership appeared to have a limited understanding of the existing client base.
