Pros
It's a truly global firm with employees scattered around the world, and lots of travel. Great company off-site to bring everyone together too so you never feel too disconnected. Great benefits packages, my salary was good and they hold quarterly reviews, which is fantastic to help you set and achieve career goals. I relocated to a new country for personal reasons and they were totally cool with that too, not something I would have ever had in previous jobs. I felt valued by my team, but also senior management and had the freedom to do my job and explore different teams and skillsets in my time there.
Cons
Some core teams felt overstretched but they are rectifying this. Pension scheme is legal minimum.
