Pros
Entegra is the GPO brand of Sodexo - which is a huge, global company. (The overview of Entegra being a small company on Glassdoor is not accurate). -- PROs = smart, helpful colleagues across all depts. Networks into Sodexo. Diversity here is real, not just for show. This brand is growing and being bankrolled to expand from the top of Sodexo's global organization. Usually 3 weeks of vacation time for all employees.
Cons
Pay is not competitive, especially if you live in higher cost-of-living areas of the USA or Canada. Leadership has the right ideas, but overburdens employees with competing priorities - everything has to be done NOW. Growing pains include having one person basically doing 4 jobs for over 2 years, lack of resources, and a never-ending series of "pivots". Right now, morale in certain departments is low.

Great team work, inspirational leadership and flexibility with your schedule.
Cons
Most positions are home based which means there is very little "networking" with team members in person. The company has restricted expenses and travel making it worse to network and gain best practices from co-workers. Pay is unfairly distributed among staff.
