      timely pay mutual fund industry knowledge complex product

      bad hr policy company takes 3 resources work from 1 resource n pays for half resource lol.. politics manager takes all credit n even the pay hikes poor compensation military rule in the company as MD is a army person extremely miser management near zero onsite opportunity

      Pros

      There are a lot of great opportunities within the company, as well as an allowance of certain creative freedom.

      Cons

      The environment is very clique-oriented, and people are rude to newcomers. Some people are nice, but most have a "big fish in a little pond" sort of attitude. Essentially, they think they're some sort of Diva superstar. A lot of creativity and opportunities are stifled because of this.
