Pros

Some interesting problems to work on.

Cons

Management team is unable to coordinate it's story. Too much listening to yes sayers and inflexible procedures. Rely heavily on opensource products but refuse to contribute code back to the projects. Very dated and uncomfortable work environment.

Pros

Worked here a while now and I'm still enjoying it. Would recommend it to all! Main reasons being: - Genuinely, flexible employer. My work/life balance is spot on. - Open and honest communication. I've never felt left in the dark about anything. - Good pension. - Good bonus scheme. - Enjoyable work and varied customers, with more to come due to growth plans. - Training opportunities. - Everyone is super friendly, including the leadership team. All very approachable. - Massive push for looking after mental health. - Support during the coronavirus pandemic has been amazing. - Continual improvement culture. No blame game

Cons

It can be a fast paced environment, where change is likely due to growth plans. Not necessarily a bad thing for everyone but it can be challenging - definitely keeps things interesting in my opinion! Also, there is plenty of support if you need it. Career opportunities aren't vast as it is a smaller company but this will improve along with the growth plans I am sure.

Pros

Friendly environement Flexible hours when they wish

Cons

They advertise flexibility and family friendly work environement but this goes only one way! If you have any commitment then you need to drop them last minute or you get bad consequences. They demand your availability which is unacceptable, especially if they make last minute changes and you have children! The CEO seems like a nice guy but again. .only if you are always available when he wishes to change plans. Just NO. We have families, friends and a life and your last minute changes of plans can't always be accomodated. He has lots of admiration for the sales team but hates the dev team and he makes.it quite clear. Not very professional

Envitia Response

It's always difficult to read negative feedback especially when it's personal but that's why I ask for a level of honesty. I've never confessed to hold all the answers - I will make mistakes and I've made a fair few as we've gone through an amazing transformation journey as a company to get us into the position we are today. All I can do is learn from mistakes, keep trying my best, and continue delivering the results that Envitia deserves to achieve. This is down to some amazing people in the business - both sales and delivery. You are clearly aggrieved and it would be great if you could talk with your line manager, or our people manager, or myself so we can resolve this for you and get you to a place where you are enjoying work and can achieve the level of balance that is right for you and your family.
