[At the time] somewhat of a disconnect management-wise in terms of resources/staff allocation, with teams across multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes needlessly.
Lack of communication for on-site operations, often leading to team's straining resulting in poor project delivery, unfortunately.
Lack of strategic career planning/outlook. Personally disappointed by having delivered value and results far beyond my role, scope and contract, which went unrecognised and commitments not corresponded resulting in my departure.
Nonetheless I met some lovely and very talented people and overall it was one of the most fun (but also most intense) working exeriences so far.
