Pros

Good for those who want to live a life at work without any other interests in life. You have to show that you are work alcoholic and know how to please the management. Free lunch at Solihull office.

Cons

Company is run by some group of political well wishers of management. Of you know how to apply bread n butter then your survival is for sure. Talent nourishment is zero . Talent at enzen is to deliver at work, you will be asked to work day and night with lower salary no benefits.Once the talent is not required you will be thrown out of the company without any recognition and respect. Top management all need is money not people. If you can get money then you will survive else asked to leave. Delivery excellence is zero recommend to check how many enzen programme have run with good management. Project managers placed in programme are also NOT treated with respect by management.

Pros

Provides opportunities, Free lunch if you work at Solihull office.

Cons

Where to start ! Focussed to obtain business but doesnt show interest in delviering the projects. Very bad reputation in industry due to lot of mis handled projects. Employees are not treated well in terms of salary and employee family life. Always expected to sort out personal life for work. if you can deliver 2 documents in 8 hours, then you are given 4 documents to deliver where you will need to spend extra hours, which is not accounted for compensation. illogical timelines to work with in every project. although you may be informed that it is a one off scenario. Management makes lots of false promises which will never be actioned Whole appraisals is a stunt where you can get peanuts even if you get above 4 rating out of 5 Benifits system is good but not enough compared to industry You can only raise your concerns to your line manager, who will never take them forward as it is expected only to deliver and say YES to what ever they ask you to do.

I am sorry that you have had a negative experience working with Enzen. We are going through a significant transformation currently involving the introduction of new structure, new reward and recognition structures, new management team, new and improved policies and benefits etc. I am confident that the future will see improvements in the areas you have listed and I am personally committed to ensuring the change I know is possible will be realised, albeit it takes time, and will also take a change of mindset from existing employees. I recognise that we can't please all people, but the changes we are going through should be seen as an opportunity for individuals to get involved and be part of that change. As with all change it takes time, and we encourage our employees to join us on the journey.

Pros

The only positive is that they employ some good people who have high levels of motivation and commitment. They help the organization succeed.

Cons

* Organisation has no direction, the priorities change every day, the targets change every day depending on mood of the promoter * Talk big to attract talent (want to recruit only from Harvard, IIMA etc) but are not able to provide a congenial work environment * Team members are shouted at and ill treated * Look for people who are "Yes Men", they should not have a voice of their own, if they do, they will be silenced * Trust is missing in this organization - they track emails sent and received by employees * No delegation of authority * Live in a world of dreams - nobody knows what it means to execute those dreams * Position themselves as an organization with integrity but go all out of their way to pay their way to get things done * HR (referred to as P&C) is the biggest hogwash, filled only "yes men" * Organization policies are archaic and not at all in line with the current times * Politics is rampant - divide and rule is the name of the game
