      Pros

      I enjoy working at EpiVax. I have a great team and I like the small business culture. Some of the most loved benefits are the WFH policy and summer hours. Don't let old reviews sway you, management has worked hard to lower its turnover rate and offer a benefits package competitive to Boston. They understand that recruiting and retaining talent requires an investment in their employees well-being. And we appreciate that! Some of the benefits: Remote/WFH two days a week Summer hours (half day Fridays during summer) Maternity leave Tuition Reimbursement Program 401k Matching/Profit Sharing Dog Friendly Kitchen Snacks/Coffee 200 PTO Hours (at three years) and 12 Holidays per Year Every 5 Years Sabbatical Week 70% Health Insurance/60% Dental Insurance Coverage Donation Matching

      It's a small company so sometimes you have to be flexible with your roles and offer coverage in other areas. Not necessarly a con though! With clients across the globe, sometimes work is outside normal business hours.
