Great company with amazing colleagues from all over the world. The culture at Epiphany is unique and can't compare to that of the previous companies that I've worked for. As a developer you get a lot of freedom to build great and innovative (new) products, learn a lot about the latest technologies and share your knowledge with other colleagues. It's an inspiring and motivating atmosphere with an ambitious team. With bi-weekly academy sessions, we learn each other about development related topics. And after a successful sprint, we definitely like to celebrate this together with the whole team. Besides working hard together with the developers, designers, research managers and consultants there is also room for nice trips and awesome Friday drinks. Our short 'workation' to Ibiza last year was really amazing and a trip on the `Epiphany 2` at the Amsterdam canals in the summer during lunch is something we do regularly.

The friendliness of the Epiphany team is unmatched. You immediately feel welcome and a lot of people are very warm and easy-going, but also very professional. The work itself is dynamic and a lot depends on your personal initiative.
