Epsilon is a part of Publicis Groupe, which gives you access to the largest advertising group in the world. Epsilon is an employee friendly company that provides you with a lot of benefits and ample leaves. The office infrastructure is also great and easily accessible. Management is pretty open and supportive.

Pros

Healthcare options, Flex Time off, paid sick time separate.

Cons

Cost of healthcare keeps increasing, Flex Time off is at discretion of supervisor, so amount of takes you get approved can depend on workload and size of your team to cover for you. Number of days you can request is same if it’s your fist job or you’re a 20 year veteran. All depends on the direct supervisor.
