management has no clear path

Past two CEO's and Sr Management Teams were only concerned about their bonuses. Constant restructuring, layoffs, no annual raises, increasing number of 'in office" days...moral is at an all time low.

Less Growth opportunities. Senior management restructuring currently.

Projects are not good. Insurance benefits are less.

Good company with worst managers and politics

Salary was low Not flexible at all if you're a parent or have other caretaking responsibilities - RUN AWAY. Not sure if it's improved but they would be working others down to their core and despite that be extremely inflexible with letting parents go pick up children (even if time lost was covered afterwards) Lots of micro-management - the managers would keep an eye on every single client email/comms which I always thought was kinda mad. Double-standards where senior management themselves wouldn't come into office as per the RTO mandate but expected all juniors to.

Org layoff, no proper product, cost cutting, no proper perks, restructuring is running everything now. Food is pathetic,
