Pros

Great employer, lots of flexibility, generous benefits and they go the extra mile to accommodate some difficult employees and trade unions. Good opportunities, with links to civil service.

Cons

Some of the workforce really need to move on as they are unable to adapt to change. They make working at the Commission difficult for others. Limited budget
