      Pros

      The managers allocate so much time for your personal development. The daily feedback and networking opportunities are extremely conducive to progressing as an individual. The team environment is extremely friendly and energetic. The atmosphere is truly unique. This company is tailor made for competitive, ambitious and driven individuals.

      Lack of parking provision as they are located in central London.

      Really supportive team. Good friendly environment and different work opportunities. The company is growing so there is always something to do and more responsibilities to take. Great for someone with good abilities to adapt.

      Cons

      It is a small company, meaning you won't expect a full package and pension to start with. This isn't your day to day multinational corporation. Think opportunity and development, not personal gain first.

      For being such a small company, there is a lot of room to grow. That requires people with a growth mindset to fill the holes wherever needed.
