Worst company culture! It’s a company that purely care only about the revenue! There’s no care coming from upper management at all for its employees. Starting from the CEO who does not know how to even address his employees politely. Of course no added benefits working for this company for less than minimum pay. Management talks so much about company growth but literally this company is going nowhere. This is a company with no structure, no growth, no career advancement and no positive culture. Turn over is so high that someone being with the company for a year is a celebratory event! Don’t get fooled by their job description with great benefits and Hackathons, none of that really exists !

* Pay - The pay is significantly lower than market rate. Pay raises are few and far between, most often not at all. Company will try to outsource your position if it does not require any licensing in the country. * Team Leadership - No leadership whatsoever. When leadership leaves, work is trickled down to other team members with no direction whatsoever. The quality of the remaining leadership is inconsistent; while there are people with ideas, a majority of them are incapable of creating valuable and forward-thinking solutions. * Upper Management - Has a bare understanding of how the product operates. No strategy. A few great orators with no substance. * Company Growth - The company has no growth and no strategy. CEO is fixated with AI whilst struggling to oversee the execution of the core product. Company-wide OKRs are often hamfisted and changes quite frequently, many are left to create temporary solutions to fulfill fleeting wants of the CEO. * Employee Growth - No growth. As you take on more responsibility, it takes an arm and a leg to get a new title or a small pay raise. Career advancement is near nil. This company is great for people with low expectations about pay and do not want career advancement.
