      Pros

      Essence, before it was taken over by GroupM, was the best job I've ever had. The founders of the company were highly visible within the org and, even better, had time for everyone, no matter what level they were. Leadership had no ego to speak of, every decision was made with integrity, and you were surrounded by people who were passionate about doing good work.

      Cons

      Since GroupM, all the pros are gone.
