Pros

if you like to suffer your life to max, that is the good place to go

Cons

The worse place start from HR>Ops>Tester>Project>BA>IT>User>Boss. You hardly find a good place to go as everyone are waiting chance to backstab you for their agenda. The scrum method they run even worse, everyone pretend to be pro but doing the wrong scrum. Product owner missing after first meeting, development team need join multiple scrum meeting, BA fantasy in their own world but know nothing, then the rest will be stay beside and popcorn. Scrum meeting can be few hours, no commitment from everyone. Fast and easy my foot, I think the CEO think he is working in google or apple. If you want to roll more project and more initiative, you dont force your staff to work longer hours, but hire more talent to join the company. PERI another joke, I think the CEO may need to wake up.... ur made entire company to toxic.

Pros

Very good benefits Salary is considered good Friendly staff Very accessible location

Cons

Team i worked with does not have a clear direction. Half baked information provided from other teams and we were expected to complete our tasks Senior Management is micromanaging Monthly performance reviews, if you are considered "Not Met" for 3 months in a row, you will be asked to resign. Although your team has all "high performing" staff, the member with the lowest score will (if 3 months in a row) will be put under PIP or asked to resign. CTO ALWAYS compares with Etiqa Singapore..... When their scope and complexity are nowhere near Etiqa MY....
