      A Great Place To Start

      Pros

      I joined Eumo after my graduation during the pandemic and it has been a great experience to work with them for the past 2 years. Special thanks to Shanoo who has been the most amazing mentor I could have asked for. Always inspiring, encouraging me to learn and explore and try new things and expand my design horizons. I have had the opportunity to do some tremendous work during my tenure from branding to illustration to UI/UX designing at Eumo all thanks to the support and guidance I received. Thank you Eumo for these wonderful opportunities. It has been a truly multi-disciplinary experience.

      The project deadlines could be better handled.

      My work experience in EuMo has been really amazing in terms of learning, exploring and sharing ideas with my team. As a creative individual you get the freedom for you're imagination and the support you get to execute your thought process is the best thing. The firm being Multidisciplinary you also get to work along other segments of designing. The work culture is super cool.

      Pros: Extremely collaborative and talented team Leadership is approachable and open to new ideas High standards of design excellence, which motivates you to perform better each day Great exposure to multidisciplinary projects across branding, interior, and product design Flexible and supportive work environment with opportunities to take ownership You get to work directly with founders and senior designers, which accelerates learning Company genuinely cares about its people and invests in their growth

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment may not suit those looking for a 9-5 routine (but for me, it kept work exciting and meaningful)
