      No pros, just only cons.

      Cons

      No proper increment cycle, If I get an increment it won’t effect on the next month, it was taken around 5 months to added to the salary. There wasn’t any benefits. No 1 worst place to work. Only get benefits for old employees in the company. New joiners don’t have any benefits like other companies.
