Nothing much lot of work to do free tea and snacks !
Cons
if they called you for interview don't go and join this company ! first of all you need reference and if you cleared the interview they will give first priority to higher reference and will hire so if you have normal employee reference you won't get chance mostly ! but wasting 2 months of time ! and worst thing is they will ask 3.5 years of bond and it will count to 4 years with training period salary hikes are not good and even after 4 years they won't leave you !will trouble you if you want to leave the company
