      Extremely Negative Work Culture

      Interesting Business Model, Innovative Service, Discounted Groceries, Growing Industry

      Cons

      Arrogant upper management promotes a negative work culture based on aggressive, non-constructive feedback. Success in the company depends mostly on pre-existing personal relationships and not on performance. Sink or swim environment where no one feels like they are actually working on a team. Very long working hours and non-existent work / life balance go unrewarded.

      Pros

      Friendly colleagues and nice offices. Young team

      Cons

      No place for growth, all new positions are filled by ex-consultants. No way up, only lateral moves can happen. You get the disadvantages of both start ups (low salary, low resources, no career plan, "we are innovating") and the ones of the corporate environment (long decision making, politics, unclear ownership, etc) Bonus calculations are being changed halfway through the year Salaries are 20% below standard ones Management is amateurish on some topics
