Pros

Certainly a great place to work, no organisational usual drama. Most of the time management treat us like we are some kind of sports team, highly functional ruthless team, but sometimes they are like family, I think they care, but don't show that. Because the attitude is generally like a team, you got to perform, consistently, which is not easy. Their expectations are really high, always look up to international brands and expect us to match all that quality. Lunch is great, no cost cutting there, definitely they care what we eat for lunch. Good laptops, chairs etc. There is no HR, I think its a good thing, Mejo, the CEO is like an employee only, so he usually listen. Sometimes its hard to understand what he is trying to achieve though, but if we don't get it, finally somehow he make us understand also. They care about us more than the clients. Ekta's design direction is great. Other lead designers are also sorted, they know their stuff, helps to learn a lot. Also they teach us a lot of general things about career, the internal newsletter is a gold mine. Projects are interesting.

Cons

Office doesn't look that great. Project management team can improve a bit.

Pros

1. You will grow as long as you put in the effort. 2. You are surrounded by talented and experienced folks. 3. Agencies are pretty cut-throat when it comes to treating employees. Here you are treated with respect, but you are expected to live up to it as well. 4. You will be pushed to find newer limits and excel.

Cons

1. You will be pushed to find newer limits - If you are someone who's just finding a job for a salary by doing the bare minimum, this isn't the place for you. 2. Sharper learning curve to understand your role - Often you will be put in a position to define your own value as an employee. Less handholding, especially if you're inexperienced.

Pros

- Can learn a lot, good client projects, and there is always some up-skilling activity, feels like college sometimes though. - Really great team to work with - Free, home made lunch, that too really good food, tea and evening snacks - Performance based quarterly and yearly bonus, sometimes monthly too - Mostly everyone performs well, which creates a great vibe there - If you are a designer, will love the webflow team which matches your design, now there is an animation team too. - Have multiple verticals now, helps to explore things - They know how to get good projects with good clients, also does management of projects well - Don't take sh*t from clients, its a great blessing

Cons

- If you are looking for remote work, they don't have that option - Location is not in the city, not many places to party - If you don't perform well, I have heard that they cut the pay - Fixed pay is relatively low if you are comparing with a funded startup, but for an agency, they pay really well in terms of a variable pay.
