- Be ready to report to the Queen 24 x 7 especially if u r in her team. - So-called flexible working hrs is actually depending on the Queen’s biological clock. - Your previous experience will become useless coz the Queen is always the rules. However, guidelines or directions are seldom provided. - Meetings are always being called out all of a sudden especially at night time, without any directions or conclusions. You’ll find out the main aim of the meetings is for her brain storming only coz she has no ideas at all !! Or sometimes just for her to vent emotions. - No work life balance, never expect u can hv a Happy Friday !! - Job description isn’t aligned with the actual requirements of a job.
