Well i have to under go a brain wash to say something good at this company!!
Cons
1. Inefficient Management at Bangalore office 2. Too much politics 3. Very bad pay scale 4. No proper Infrastructure 5. No innovative ideas 6. The Manager level comprises of all close friends circle and it does not go well in corporate world 7. No proper vision and mission 8. Lacks basic corporate culture 9. No proper planning 10. No policies and procedures in place
