Pros

There are no pros from working here besides the 1/2 day Fridays.

Cons

Work loads are unmanageable when your managers hate taking the time to train you. You often feel as though you’re an inconvenience when you ask too many questions and if you ask for too many trainings, it’s held against you. This place will make your mental health plummet. CEO is manipulative, wishy-washy, and unappreciative; never admits she’s wrong and will gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem. The “COO” is so undermining and disrespectful. The owners let her get away with anything and everything, including telling staff that if they are eating something at their desk that is “too crunchy” then they need to clock out and go outside. They will not treat you like you’re valuable, they’re not fair with their decision making. If you have a complaint about management, which you will, they won’t do anything about it. Instead they will mark it against you and put you under even worse management until you can’t handle it anymore and quit. If someone disrespects you, even management, they will not do anything about it. It’s unreal over there. Save yourself while you can. I would never go back or recommend this company to anyone.

Performance will always be acknowledged and rewarded at Evolution as it should be, and as it is in other areas of life, whether in school, sports, or in your professional life. If you are a person who has the desire to be the best at what you do, then you will excel at Evolution. We look for teammates that have a good attitude, an aptitude for the material that we teach, and is coachable. Evolution is one of the few places that will hire without experience and train. The material is not for everyone.

Pros

(Answer modified by GPT4 artificial intelligence to appear respectful and professional.) "I had the opportunity to attend several memorable team-building trips with my previous supervisor. The office's location was conveniently situated near my residence, which was a significant advantage. The majority of the staff were amiable and approachable."

Cons

(Answer modified by GPT4 artificial intelligence to appear respectful and professional.) "There are areas of improvement in communication within the company. The compensation does not reflect the industry standard, and there seems to be limited room for career advancement. While there's an expectation for employees to show high commitment, the rewards do not seem commensurate. Supervisors, despite their friendly demeanor, often prioritize upper management's directives over employee well-being. There's a tendency to allocate tasks to staff members from unrelated departments, expecting experienced employees to train them. This often overlooks the expertise of seasoned professionals in favor of aligning with the owner's vision, which can sometimes be misdirected due to a lack of open communication. Feedback on errors often lacks constructive criticism, and there's a need for a more collaborative approach to problem-solving. Interactions with some clients have been challenging, which has influenced my perception of certain professionals in the medical field."

A professional approach to clients and teammates is one of our top priorities. We deal in the business of starting medical practices which can be some of the most challenging times in the lives of our providers. Along with this mission comes a degree of challenges that we at Evolution help them to bare. During a start-up the timeline and focus can change rapidly. Cross training the consulting staff is the key to coverage for the client and career advancement at Evolution. Thank you for your feedback. We are always striving to better our approach to clients and the staff development. We look for employees that care about attention to detail and follow through with client projects. This is often best achieved in a team approach. We assign a team of consultant to work with clients. There is often a team of practice management, EHR, marketing, billing, and credentialing consultants assigned to client projects along with a team of support staff that helps support the consulting team to get a practice off the ground in than 120 business days.

Pros

There was a little flexibility with hours.

Cons

Almost no training whatsoever. From the first day, I was given daily tasks and very briefly told what to do, then expected to carry them out with no supervision. If I did ask questions, I got an eye roll or condescending response. This place is a joke to work for honestly. Pay was awful for cost of living here and the two managers I worked for were rude and unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

We strive to individualize training and work with each individual on specific projects and assignments. We encourage this level of feedback from any staff to make sure they are getting what they need. Depending on the level of experience and during the initial training timeline, the work schedule needs to work with the trainer schedule as well. We offer a wide range of schedules to work with the staff.
