      Pros

      Very supportive environment with a nice culture. The business genuinely cares about its people and culture and if you work hard and show you want to progress, they will support you and help you do that.

      Cons

      Lots of changes happening - not necessarily a bad thing because it means the company is growing and there is often new roles and opportunities.
