Pros

NONE. They are very good at selling you on the opportunity $130,000 Salary after training.

Cons

The Person who interviewed me claimed to be a manager and stated that she needed approval from a supervisor prior to making a final decision. I was confused as to what the day to day activities of the company are. the more questions I asked the more confused I was. There are countless reviews with similar issues. After being hired, prior to starting. something felt off. I did a lot of research and found the person who interviewed me was listed as the registered agent on the Michigan LARA entity search. The Company is owned by 99 EXPOSURE MARKETING, INC. out of Ohio. 99 Exposures website was very similar in the sense that they primarily have mostly younger employees, the website does not go into detail about their services and is mostly about employment opportunities. Management is not honest.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It's important to address concerns about transparency and clarity during the interview process. However, I must clarify that the claims made in your review are inaccurate. Our company follows strict hiring procedures, and all interviewers are properly trained and designated according to their roles within the organization. Additionally, decisions regarding hiring are made internally by authorized personnel, not contingent upon external approvals. As for the confusion regarding day-to-day activities, we strive to provide comprehensive information during our three round interview processes and orientation sessions to ensure clarity for all new hires. We take pride in our commitment to honesty and integrity in all aspects of our business operations.

Pros

Don’t really have one, was a bad experience all around.

Cons

Well, let’s get started with this book. First I wanted to thank evolvement solutions for being one giant waste of my time. From the stupid hour long “morning meetings” where you meet in a small office with 7 other unfortunate fools, where you practice your sales lines, and then have to listen to your manager talk about how big this MLM-cult is, and how much “YoU cAn gRoW!” (Its bs) please look up what a MLM cult is, I’m sure you’ll decide then. Made maybe 15 bucks in 2 weeks. Still haven’t seen it, probably will never. Just glad I don’t have to associate with these people anymore.

Pros

This job is so awful that I literally do not have a single pro.

Cons

Please run far far away from this job for your own health. This job is not what is stated in the listing, and that is intentional due to the nature of this job. You will not be learning how to run a business, but rather thrown into a "training program" that involves you using some vague systems to try and get sales in a Sam's Club. Management partakes in favoritism and is not afraid to fire you within your first few days if you are underperforming. The environment is stressful, the culture breeds toxic positivity, and finally, it is a pyramid scheme. My first paycheck did not guarantee my $11/hr, but rather minimum wage. If you make it past the first part of the "training", you become a "corporate trainer" who's job is to pull more people into the company, train them, and when they get burnt out, train some more. In my time here I dealt with emotional manipulation, immense pressure from the "leaders" and given the fraudulent job listings that regularly go out, it just reeks of deception all around.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences regarding your recent employment with our company. We value all feedback, and we take it seriously as we continuously strive to improve our work environment and processes. I'm genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. It's never our intention to misrepresent the job or create a negative atmosphere. We are committed to maintaining a fair and respectful workplace, where everyone is given equal opportunities and have no intention of favoritism. We pride ourselves on our training program and the ability to move up in the company based off of work ethic and not seniority. We want to emphasize that our company is not a pyramid scheme. A pyramid scheme typically involves a structure where participants recruit others into the scheme with a primary focus on recruitment rather than selling a legitimate product or service. Our company is a legitimate business that works with our clients to provide products/services, and our compensation structure is in compliance with all legal and ethical standards. We do appreciate your feedback, as it allows us to recognize areas that need improvement. We are committed to making positive changes based on your experiences. I encourage you to reach out to our HR department or management if you have any specific suggestions or concerns, as we are dedicated to addressing issues promptly.
