I was hired as a Hybrid Analyst straight out of college. With Evolytics being my first full-time employer, I did not know what to expect on my first day and had a ton of questions. I quickly learned that no question was too small and that every coworker wants to see you succeed. The culture at Evolytics is that of embracing curiosity and extending a helping hand to those in need. Although I have only worked at Evolytics for a few months up until this point, I feel that I have learned more in this short time period than I have in any other point in my life.
