Pros

Hour lunch, chicken and happy hour once a month

Cons

This place is ran by criminals, you are calling old leads from 2011 until now selling overpriced data list. If you dont sell on their pace, you will be fired. Not a stable job so dont leave another to come here. Very messy gossipy work environment. They play favorites and give sales to people they like only. HR lady is the worst messy one. Tells everyones business and very fake. Acts like shes on your side but is not. Management is untrained and cant answer questions correctly. They pay $15 average for data, you must sell it at $750?!!! The CEO buds companies to sell them, does not care about employees at all. Plays 80's music alllllll day! DEPRESSING!

Pros

Bagels on Friday. Some people are friendly, decent location .

Cons

Everything else. Weird scheduled breaks. If you’re not part of the CEO’s favorites you won’t make it. Pay is terrible at first. Not many people make it through training period.

Pros

Good location in the middle of the loop, right next to blue line, close to Starbucks, bagels Friday mornings, sometimes happy hour Friday evenings (if goals are met), people are cool for the most part, pool and ping pong to play during breaks.

Cons

The "training program" consists of a day and a half of actual training then they leave you to make at least 150 cold calls to old leads- most are from at least 2 years ago, some from more than 5 years ago. If you don't get a sale in the first couple weeks (with essentially no actual training or information given to you), you're out, and if you don't get 16 sales in 2 months, you're out. It's a sink-or-swim deal. Most managers choose their favorites that they want to help. The environment is fun at times, but a lot of gossiping among managers and they sometimes make inappropriate comments. The job is to basically con business owners or individuals into buying poor-quality lists of leads. Don't believe what they hype this job up to be. Honestly, I would look for work elsewhere. Not worth it.
