Pros

There is an office with free pulse toffees everyday. You will also get food if that helps you stay.

Cons

- Two 1% Co-founders with little skin in game but jumps as if they own the thing. These two are rude and arrogant with no idea that they are nothing in the big machine. They were actually used cheap and still paid poorly. - The company always makes big promises, sometimes even with salaries. And eventually make sure it is slowly lowered to their whimps. Either they fire the high salaried ones in the team or ask them to take low. - Vinod is a really sly person, he brags about wealth he doesn't actually own just to make sure everyone notes that and be calm. His sentences begin and end with money most of time with little context. - Arrogant CEO, You will realise the arrogance from the reply he will add below. - The company is distracted with multiple ideas which are going nowhere.. Sometimes EV Bike, Sometimes Rockets, Sometimes crypto. None of them is working except for proctering solution. - Never do an internship here, they will offer you worst of salary with bias and predatory clauses. That's the whole F strategy. - This is a family business, with no external funding hence no external party to report to. There is some dodgy business happening inside the family as well. - Hires goons, a bunch of hires are essentially hired henchmen.

Pros

1)Easy to get in but cannot escape from here. (0 Pros actually)

Cons

1)All the P.M's ask us to work every weekend's assuming we are available 2)Calling late at night and asking to work on issues ( after 2 AM) 3)No public holidays even if there's a holiday on the calendar they ask us to work 4)Work our __ off and get nothing for it 5)Have to work night shift with no extra allowance, its more like work day and night still get nothing for it 4)If we have to leave the office before 9 PM at night P.M's would ask us why we are leaving so early. 5)Everyone tries to impress their next superiors without actually planning the project properly and end developers have to suffer(0 planning) 6)There are incompetent people at the top level (they just BS... around all day)

Pros

Mr. Holmes(is an extended metaphor only, some people are cultured enough) was perhaps the most ingenious consulting detective alive. Still, there are no pros to working here, maybe a little bit of freedom in terms of work(which only some people enjoy, I did).

Cons

Stop the nonsense of getting back at people(yes, I'm a hypocrite), but if you can't take criticism, no point in coming and checking glassdoor reviews and reporting them. Keep living in denial, keep believing the team that was hired last year was treated fairly, and keep believing that you did your job well, but the important thing to note here Mr. Holmes is that the truth is not affected by what people believe in, it stands for itself, and if you're not smart enough to see it, stop running your stupid mouth around. And for the people reading this, looking for honest reviews, I just have one thing to say about my experience here, I'm glad it's over.
