      A small company that wants to look big...but fails at it

      Pros

      They have a lot of senior people. They are ready to help you, but not clear if it is genuine.

      Cons

      The company is very small. A small shake-up creates immediate ripples and retribution towards employees. If you are already working for a large company, stay there. It does not matter how much they pay you. It is all about billing. There is no such a thing as bench time. I respect the people there, but there is no way this company can be successful in today's economy.

      Micromanaging hell..

      No pros, they’re missing payroll.

      Cons

      There are no layers, the CEO is micromanaging every aspect of the business.. He has no respect or idea how professional sales organizations run.. instead he will require you to provide weekly activity logs and a weekly calls to review your activities.. And dress you down in front of the whole team.. if you disagree with an approach or have a point of view different than his he will fire you.. This is a toxic work environment that starts at the top.. if you are a salesperson, I strongly suggest you run away from this company..

      Great Work Environment with Great Opportunity

      I Joined Exavalu two years back as a 4th Employee in India. I get lot of opportunity to grow myself in my carrier. I Joined here as a Senior Developer as grow myself as a Technical Manager Here. My Primary Skill is Guidewire. Beside that I had given a chance to learn Vlocity(Salesforces Industries) and do some certification on that. Below are some great points about the company 1) No Micromanaging policy. We work here in fat reporting Structure 2) Great environment to work 3) Great Opportunity to learn on different technologies. 4) Very good hike in salary on each year based on performance 5) Very Experienced and Helpful Leadership team
