What I love most about working at Execo is the culture—it’s fast-moving but supportive, and there’s a genuine sense of camaraderie across time zones and teams. Even though we’re spread out globally, there’s strong alignment, clear communication, and a real sense that we’re working with each other, not just alongside each other. As a Sales Manager, I get to collaborate daily with incredibly talented people—from SDRs and RevOps to product and client success—and everyone shows up with a problem-solving mindset. There's no ego, just a shared drive to deliver, improve, and win together. The team takes culture seriously—there’s space for humor, feedback, team rituals, and quick check-ins that make remote work feel less... remote.
