Pros

The website is making me fill this portion out, so I'm going to tell you that you'll easily gain 20 pounds by working here because they're always ordering food for you. So pro is, that most of the time you don't have to bring a lunch.

Cons

I was hired for one department and on my first day of employment I was switched to a different department. The first two weeks of, "training," entailed the trainer showing videos of himself and the annual parties that the company has. Sets you up for failure as you have no idea what to do. Employees walk around groping other employees in front of HR and this is completely normal. People drink during working hours and even drink out of the boss's liquor cabinet that he has in his office when he's not there. Management is a joke. They make you feel completely incompetent for asking a question and refuse to teach you their software program, which by the way, is always having glitches. Management also walks around entitled and is quick to bad mouth an employee to another employee. If you enjoy being sexually harassed and touched, this is also the place for you, as management and HR are quick to dismiss the claims and blame you for speaking up, even though there's cameras showcasing the truth.

Pros

Great benefits, some nice co-workers

Cons

Software has too many glitches. Management is selected based on CEO's drinking buddies. Have seen people from many areas drinking alcohol at lunch before they prepare or print payroll for companies. If you are part of the "in" crowd, you are probably happy

Pros

Execupay does a wonderful job of making new employees believe it's one of the best places to work in San Antonio. A ping pong table in the lunch room doesn't make up for the non existent "training program", disinterested management, rampant gossiping and back stabbing, and favoritism. The pay is laughable, don't expect to get paid anywhere close to what the average pay is for a payroll specialist.

Cons

A training program for new hires doesn't exist. From the get go they are setting you up for failure. They present themselves as a fun, exciting place to work where you'll have many opportunities for advancement. The reality is they have an extremely high turn over rate, think about why that is. There's a handful of people that have been there for 4+ years and they are all in some type of management position, not because of the length of time they've been there or that the work they produce is exceptional, which at best it can be classified as subpar, but simply because of the favoritism and the cliques they are a part of. If you're a new person coming in and are actually trying to do a good job, expect to get talked about and criticized as soon as you leave the room and eventually pushed out of the company on some trumped up accusations.
