No one can make a proper sale

Pros

The promise of a base salary plus uncapped commissions if you're able to meet your quota.

Cons

It's always about reaching the quota, but all you you do cold calling send spam emails and try to improve your sales pitch. The commissions can be a huge amount but no can really make a proper sale.

Pros

I came here in an entry-level position and have since been able to work my way into management. I can't say enough kind things about upper management and our talented staff. They've made my life a joy for the past few years and hopefully will continue to do so for the next several to come.

Cons

Nothing bad to say, it's a joy to work here.

Pros

There are a lot of great people to with, even management has been friendly in my experience. It seems like everyone is given a lot of opportunities to develop and show off their strongest skills, so it's been a satisfying work experience overall.

Cons

It took me some time to get used to everything when I was hired.
